Shared Savings

Users of WEMS acquire two-fold benefits from shared savings received from avoided energy costs. Clients are required to make no initial payment for the energy management service and equipment.

In considering potential WEMS users, eligibility is established by determining the company's financial stability and potential payback.

The base year is determined from energy consumption data for the period prior to installation. This base year, as agreed upon by both WEMS and the user company, then becomes the basis against which a client's actual energy savings are determined.

Financial benefits from shared savings also greatly compensate third party investors. Due to careful consideration of user qualifications, third party investors receive rapid paybacks with an attractive rate of investment return. Adherence to strict parameters regarding user eligibility, base year estimations and astute financial planning assures optimal returns for everyone involved.
